Responsibilities
* Be accountable for the development, improvement and execution of processes in support of Enterprise Data Management Standards within or across lines of business. * Engage with business partners to analyze, implement, and update processes by utilizing sound process improvement models and techniques. * Focus on long-term strategic goals and the achievement of continuous process improvements. * Ensure full integration of all process and linkage to best practices. * Build action plans and drives execution. Applies business redesign concepts, practices. * Work closely with the business champions to address key business challenges.
Ideal Candidate
* Capable of communicating effectively at all levels of the organization and of developing relationships/coordinating across multiple LOBs. * Good Analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills. * Must be able to translate plans/policies into specific goals, tactics, action plans and deliverables. * Ability to develop and maintain process maps and procedures. * Displays effective judgment in balancing risk, reward, and competing priorities. * Demonstrates thought leadership in leveraging best practices. * Works well under pressure and adjusts quickly to changing business needs. * Displays confidence and thoroughness in finding solutions with minimal direction. * Able to self-direct priorities and effectively escalate challenges with a sense of urgency. * Excellent written and oral communication skills.
