She or he will also be the type of teammate and leader who makes others better. * 3-5 years of brightly successful B2B TA, HCM, HR or similar industry, product marketing experience, with a portfolio to prove it * Outstanding collateral development talents and skills. Decks, documents, models and pages spring from your mind and fingers. Packaging, pricing, competitive intelligence and AR are among your fortes * Marketing flair, conceptually if not graphically, including being a terrific launch marketer * Successful team leadership track record * Recruiting software experience highly desired * Educational parchment irrelevant, but dazzling professional track record is heavily favored * Outstanding copy editing and overall attention-to-detail; A good eye for great graphics helps
