Summary
The position will report to the Client Account Business Manager and will be responsible for business and financial functions and deliverables. The successful candidate must have proven experience in financial planning and analysis, project planning and control, variance analysis, and a background in Federal procurement.
Responsibilities
* Preparation of financial internal/external reports to include Annual Operating Plan, Waterfalls/Dashboards, Indicated Finals, EACs/ETCs, WBS setup, charging practice determinations, purchase requisitions, monitoring subcontractor costs, review/approve/track invoices; and prepare customer invoices backup documentation. * Interface with contract, subcontract, contract accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing organizations, pricing as well as Program Managers, Corporate Line Management, and external customers. * Candidate will ensure compliance with all Engility policies, internal controls, disclosed practices and contractual requirements. * Will perform analyses and prepare reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed- upon parameters and cost control guidelines. * Participate in the preparation of budgets and schedules for contract work and performs and/or assists in financial analyses such as revenue, cost, profit, billed/unbilled, UR, and other variance analysis. * Will review Request for Proposals and prepare pricing models. * Ensures adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, and preparing expenditure projections, and working with Contracts to submit timely requests for additional funding to the government.
Ideal Candidate
**Minimum Tangible Qualifiations:** * Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Control Analyst * Bachelor's Degree in related field (or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Well versed in multiple program types (CPAF, CPFF, LOE, FPLOE, FFP, T&M;, IDIQs, etc.) with various contract values. * Microsoft skills (Word, PowerPoint etc.), intermediate/advanced in Excel and extensive experience in Costpoint and Cognos * Familiarity with FAR/CAS/GAAP
