Summary
The Inside Sales Representative will play an integral role on our Security Systems sales team. In this role, the Rep will focus on securing qualified appointments in partnership with Dunbar Security Systems’ outside sales team. This is a tremendous opportunity to demonstrate your business development skills on a team that genuinely values your contributions. Dunbar’s sales team is seeking someone who is persuasive and has excellent verbal communication and listening skills. Responsibilities
* Perform daily business prospective account outbound contact calls * Record and track all prospective and existing account contact information utilizing Microsoft Dynamic’s CRM Database * Perform consistent follow-up with prospective and existing accounts * Prospecting for potential security systems customers; building and managing a customer database * Gather key details about the needs of the prospective accounts and organize information for the outside sales team. * Working with qualified leads, demonstrating Dunbar’s security systems service and product capabilities * Offering value proposition, creating urgency, and developing the sale over the phone or through subject matter experts * Achieving and exceeding goals and quotas by booking qualified lead appointments * Completing RFP document requirements for prospective customers; providing sales administration support
Ideal Candidate
* 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, appointment setting and/or customer service * High school diploma/GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred * Experience with a customer relationship management database * High proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint * High ceiling and proficiency with social media applications * Self-starter, self-motivated individual who thrives on a team * Strong listening skills * Ability to utilize effective questioning techniques to develop leads * Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines * Competitive and driven with a strong work ethic and motivation to succeed * Ability to comprehend technology services
