Sales Specialist

The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for supporting the sales team in the growth of the sales pipeline. The position is responsible for generating sales leads by contacting targets in the Hueman sales database by phone and email. The Inside Sales Specialist will endeavor to set up meetings with potential clients for the sales team, either virtually or in person.

* Utilize Hueman database to prospect new accounts * Make at least 75 outbound calls daily to prospective clients * Send follow up emails to each prospect * Schedule phone and in-person meetings for sales team * Work with Hueman’s Marketing Team to identify and quickly contact targets that have been engaged by marketing activities * Contact and connect with prospects on LinkedIn * Manage follow-up activities for all sales efforts

**Education:** * Bachelor’s degree preferred * Some college or equivalent work experience required * High School Diploma or equivalent required **Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:** * Demonstrated success in an inside sales role * Cold calling experience * Strong cold calling skills * Strong computer skills * Ability to connect and form bond and rapport with prospects quickly * Experience using CRM databases to manage sales processes * Desire and ability to adhere to Hueman’s mission statement, vision, core values and high standard of customer service * Experience managing time between competing priorities to ensure calls are made * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
