Summary
We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to support our Marketing, Communications and Business Development teams. In this role, you will help shape the talent strategy and provide counsel on all things People related: performance management, talent development, compensation philosophy, leadership coaching, employee relations and organizational effectiveness. You will use an analytical, data-driven approach to solve problems, build programs, and help Dropboxers innovate at their peak. You’ll be responsible for championing the culture and making sure Dropboxers are energized and having fun!
Responsibilities
* Provide strategic partnership and counsel to all Dropboxers; ensuring employee advocacy and support * Define talent priorities aligned with business needs in order to propel the teams forward * Support client groups through all people issues and programs (compensation, talent development, performance, etc.) * Actively coach and develop leaders at all levels within the organization * Collaborate within the People Team to develop company-wide strategies and programs based on data insights and contemporary organization and people performance theory * Be an ambassador of diversity, inclusion, and culture * Act as a coach and mentor to other members of the HR team
Ideal Candidate
* 8+ years experience as an HR Business Partner * Excellent problem-solving capabilities and judgment; ability to make sound decisions independently * Understanding of various compensation models that drive business and technical results * Analytically driven; fluent with data-driven analysis * Ability and proven experience in communicating, influencing and listening to client and their needs at all levels of the organization * A strong desire to help others and an intellectual curiosity about people and organizational issues * Ability to balance client needs with running an HR organization at scale * Impeccable discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information * We, not I, attitude. Operate in a way that benefits the whole organization over personal gain * BA/BS required, advanced degree preferred
