Summary
The Regional Field Operations Manager provides leadership and account management of DISH Service Providers within a given territory. This includes ensuring all Service Providers are providing a high level of customer satisfaction, achieving DISH performance goals and maintaining all DISH standards. You will be responsible for the guidance, development, and implementation of best practices and process adjustments to improve the business. This role is responsible for all aspects of DISH fulfillment as it relates to Service Providers within a given territory.
Responsibilities
* Acts as an advocate for the customer. * Leads and motivates Service Providers in a given territory whose function it is to install, set-up, troubleshoot & repair DISH products and related home automation services. * Conducts field inspections and consistently manages the territory to achieve key target metrics related to customer satisfaction, cost, performance and other key measures that support the business objectives. * Acts as a consultant and liaison in support of Service Providers. * Reviews business results and develops dynamic improvement plans with all Service Providers in the territory on a regular basis. * Monitors and responds to issues with regard to all customer-impacting activities. * Prepare, facilitate and participate in business reviews and meetings with Service Providers. * Fiscal responsibility for the territories Service Providers. * Demonstrates proficiencies in strategic planning in the territory to ensure that personal and operational goals are met. Develops an understanding of each market's strengths and opportunities through data analysis, first hand observations, round-table participation, and 1-on-1 discussions.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university strongly preferred, and 2 years of related experience; 5 years related experience, and 2 years supervisory/management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. * Strong leadership and communication skills with active daily participation to achieve goals. * Excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills. * Flexibility, innovative thinking, and the ability to multi-task and manage responsibilities and priorities in a fast paced, growth-oriented, time-critical environment. * Ability to travel to meet with Service Providers, customers, local service centers, and attend company meetings as required (75% travel)
