Territory Sales Manager Trainee (Co-op)

The objective of the program is to qualify incumbents with different experiences and job rotations so that they can assume Area Sales Manager jobs within five years from starting with the company.

Hired candidates will participate in a year-long training/orientation program that introduces:

• Bakery Operations
• Business Analysis
• Account Management
• Strategic Planning
• Shipping and Distribution
• Route Management
• Supervision
• Leadership Training

• Placed in supervisory operations and/or account management positions
• Expected to relocate within their geographies
