The General Manager will drive business results by providing expert organizational development advice and feedback to senior business leaders. This position requires strong influencing skills and confidence and competence to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Lead organizational design initiatives to address business needs in business unit, cross-divisional, cross-border; international and matrix organizations.
- Create an assessment strategy to develop employee and leader capabilities as well as corporate-wide organizational effectiveness strategies.
- Act as internal consultant and coach.
- Manage projects from the development of an idea or concept through implementation using project management, group process and facilitation skills.
- Oversee multiple initiatives, often with competing priorities, in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related degree required.
- Advanced degree in discipline related to MBA, Industrial Psychology or other related field preferred.
- Minimum 8 years in Business Management and/or Human Resources Management.
- Significant experience implementing global initiatives.
- Expertise in designing and implementing assessments.
- Strong coaching and feedback skills.
- Excellent presentations skills with the ability to present effectively to diverse audiences.
- Exceptional oral and written communications skills to effectively interact with a wide variety of people.
