As part of the technical team, you will work on various IT initiatives relating to proprietary applications that we are developing. The individual will work on software components and modules to contribute to building and enhancing our suite of products. The incumbent will focus on both small projects and potentially projects much larger in scope surrounding product development, while following an agile development process. The individual will work with experienced teams of on-shore and off-shore developers, and will interface with UI/UX developers, QA Engineers, Project Managers, and others. * 3+ years of experience developing web, enterprise applications or analytical applications * Proven experience developing Web-based applications utilizing Java and JavaScript frameworks such as Grails, Spring and AngularJS * Experience with RESTful web services * Good understanding of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) / Object Oriented Design (OOD), and common enterprise design patterns, such as MVC, Factory, Delegate, etc. * Excellent problem identification, analysis and solving skills * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Self-Starter, Willingness to learn various technical skills, Resourceful * BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field * 3+ years of experience developing web based applications * Proven experience developing Web-based applications utilizing Java and JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS or Bootsrap * Experience with the full text search engine such as Elasticsearch, Solr or Lucense. * Familiarity with Responsive UI * Good understanding of RDBMS and SQL * Experience developing data visualization using D3.js or similar JavaScript framework * Healthcare clinical data / healthcare domain knowledge
