Summary
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for producing analytics deliverables within the Loyalty Strategy team for the benefit of CrowdTwist. Your role will be responsible for completion of Analytic Services client deliverables, including financial models and business reviews. This will require that you manage deliverable workflow and related processes. You will need to follow existing quality control processes and work to further define these. Success will be determined by: (a) quality of client deliverables; (b) workflow and process management; (c) ability to effectively communicate with clients and foster a sense of mutual trust; (d) meet deliverable timelines; (e) client satisfaction; (f) incremental revenue/profit as a result of recommendations.
Responsibilities
* Complete and present financial models such as ROI and redemption forecasts * Provide data-driven strategic insights to drive business performance for regular business reviews, and develop a sustainable process for providing this data and insight * Work with clients to define strategies, metrics, benchmarks and objectives and manage performance against achieving those needs and objectives * Develop approach to deliver repeatable performance tracking * Create custom dashboards using Birst and provide custom KPI tracking solutions for clients on an ad hoc basis * Manage client deliverable workflow, request additional resources as appropriate (mainly strategic services or data resources) * Assist with the development of thought leadership through providing performance metrics or sharing your insights * Determine the scope for ad hoc analysis and execute appropriately. If this analysis is deemed useful for all clients, it should be converted to a standard offering and you will need to document process steps to support future process development and product offering * Query company database or external client data tables to pull data in support of Analytic Service client deliverables * Review client-provided analysis, research results, or CrowdTwist data to provide actionable insights
Ideal Candidate
* Candidate should have 3+ years experience in serving clients in a business or marketing environment and a keen understanding of Internet business models. Strategic consulting experience is preferred. Successful candidates may bring experience from an agency, client, or consulting environment. Bachelors degree required, a focus in finance, business, economics, or mathematics is strongly preferred. MBA or similar advanced degree is strongly preferred. * **Results Driven:** Proven results on delivering/exceeding goals within budget and on-time with an attention to detail. Experience managing and prioritizing multiple client requests in a fast-paced environment, including timeline scoping and making trade-offs. * **Relationship Management:** Personality and aptitude to work with clients. Experience setting and managing customer expectations. * **Communication Skills:** Exemplary written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in PowerPoint is required. Ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of individuals – from marketers to analysts and executive level managers. * **Analytical Skills:** Experience with qualitative and quantitative analysis of marketing program results, and an ability to solve complex, multi-variant problems. * **Desire to Become an Expert:** Our clients choose CrowdTwist because of our expertise in the industry.
