Summary
Conceptualizes solutions to meet the needs of CBOCS stores and guests as they specifically relate to field operations. Oversees project initiatives from the design through to the store launch. Tests projects in both the laboratory and test stores. Develops training materials to support implementation of project initiatives. Coordinates with others both inside and outside of CBOCS to successfully launch project initiatives.
Responsibilities
**Conceptualizes End Solutions to Meet Store and Guest Needs** * Collaborates with store level management teams, Suppliers and Home Office cross-functional teams to identify needs and devise solutions to those needs that will work within the CBOCS stores. May conduct pre-surveys within stores to pinpoint areas for improvement. **Tests Project Initiatives in Laboratory and Stores** * Executes projects in test stores and test kitchens. Travels to suppliers innovation labs to see how products and equipment are tested. Conducts ‘run-throughs’ of real world situations to test solution effectiveness. Supervises Alpha and Beta testing following project launch. Evaluates and reports test effectiveness. **Devises and Applies Training Tools to Support Implementation of Project Initiatives** * Assists in the design of training materials. Creates timelines, standard procedures, and collaborates with other departments (i.e. PAR, Management Development) to produce training manuals. Ensures that training materials are provided to store employees for successful launch of project. Coordinates and conducts in-store training for project applications. **Coordinates Launch of Project Initiatives** * Works with other departments to successfully execute project within the stores. Schedules proper delivery of all needed equipment prior to launch. Coordinates employee training through store managers and ETC.
Ideal Candidate
* College Education and 3-5 years experience; or equivalent experience. * Computer Skills (e.g. Microsoft Office) * Good Written and Oral Communication * Autonomy Project Management Experience **Preferred:** * Experience with Cracker Barrel Processes
