The Production Support Analyst formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
- Devises or modifies procedures to solve low to moderate problems. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications.
- Competent to work at the technical level of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.
- Interface with Business Systems Operations, Business Systems Engineering, Business Relationship Managers and appropriate client areas to determine priorities, assure adequate system and other technical support for Client Area Applications.
- Participate on small to medium sized projects, involving multiple departments, utilizing the EPMO/ITPMO methodologies, and serve as representative on various project management teams.
- Subject Matter Expert on projects, department committees and task forces representing the client and interests relative to related to the Funds Control system and technology.
- Position is relied upon to provide system expertise, advice on how to best capitalize on the system core functionality and to provide recommendation and/or solutions.
- Supports development of business requirements, test scripts, test script execution, issue and risk management of system implementations.
- Production Support for the client systems and associated departmental resources for break / fix support.
- Participate in evaluating and providing recommendations on how to best utilize the application and/or its features.
- Provide client support for enhancements received including testing and production implementation recommendations.
- Provide guidance to end users for incident resolution.
- Project Management - Supports the implementation of system enhancement initiatives for Funds Control
- This position is responsible for providing business requirements, test script development, test script execution, issue management and risk management aspects of system implementation.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or 2 years of banking experience
- 1 year experience working with incident resolution or problem determination preferred
- 1 year experience developing UAT plans/scripts preferred
- 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access)
