Responsibilities
* Support the client PMO office by providing project management oversight. * Maintain responsibility for PMO oversight activities, including earned value management analysis, financial analysis, scheduling analysis, and risk management oversight. * Conduct analysis on multiple contractor deliverables, including Cost Performance Reports (CPRs), integrated master schedules, financial metrics, monthly metrics, and integrated baseline reviews artifacts. * Provide analysis and recommendations on contractor deliverables to client. * Support client in preparing and facilitating multiple integrated baseline reviews and implementing corrective actions in order to develop a robust performance measurement baseline. * Provide general PMO support on client invoice management, deliverables management, and contract management. * Work within a multi-stakeholder, technical, and matrixed organizational environment. * This position may require travel up to 10% of the time.
Ideal Candidate
**Basic Qualifications:** - 2+ years of experience with project management, controls, or analysis - Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access-Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments - Ability to be flexible, show initiative and innovation, and deal with ambiguous and fast-paced situations - Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities, procedures, and information technology tools - Ability to interact well in cross-functional team meetings and professional environments - Ability to manage client and team relationships - Ability to obtain a security clearance -BA or BS degree required **Additional Qualifications:** - Experience with government consulting - Experience with supporting programs and contracts within the federal government - Experience with project controls, planning and scheduling, earned value, budget management, cost estimation, or risk management - Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills - Possession of excellent data gathering, analytical, and problem solving skills - BA or BS degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, or Mathematics preferred - Project Management Professional or Earned Value Professional Certification **Clearance:** - Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
