Summary
With direction from their supervisor, the Administrative Assistant I is involved in the communication between team employees, customers, and other employees, acting as the initial contact for those interacting with team. The individual organizes communications, sets up meetings, and coordinates schedules for team members,
Responsibilities
* Assist in preparation of office communications from team for distribution in relation to any general office changes * Maintain and organize company records and files as well as provide general upkeep of office reports as needed. * Manage employee calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings for team members. * Manage travel schedules and coordinate travel logistics (e.g., book flights, hotels, amenities, appointments, meetings, etc.). * Provide administrative and clerical support to team to complete daily tasks within area supported. * Review and complete expense reports as directed, such as updating expenses for department ledger. * Compile reports and packages for committee meetings.
Ideal Candidate
* Proficient in technologies such as MS Office, QuickBooks, telephone, teleconferencing, web conferencing (Tandberg). * Associates or Bachelor's Degree * 1 to 3+ Years Relevant Experience
Compensation and Working Conditions
Reports to management and development.
