Summary
As the Product Growth Manager, you will be directly responsible for our product’s success by identifying, testing and scaling growth opportunities. You will own the growth product roadmap and the product growth process: ideation of features and tests; prioritization and resource management; and measurement of progress and effectiveness of what you and your team build. You will own and build the aspects of the customer facing product that will help differentiate and grow Clara into a world class, fast growing lender.
Responsibilities
* Define and own the growth sprints to tackle the highest leverage points in the user experience that can drive growth * Form hypotheses on how to manifest our value propositions in ways that resonate with our customer segments and drives conversion and usage * Leverage insights from data, experience and customer feedback to optimize funnel conversion and acquisition channels * Understand the customer and be their champion internally: empathize with individuals going through the lending process to determine what they really need * Collaborate with brand to enrich our understanding of who the Clara target customer should be and how to differentiate our brand in the market
Ideal Candidate
* You are a growth-minded person. You’re always on the lookout for opportunities and coming up with ideas to drive growth, conversion and engagement * You’re relentlessly data driven, and you’re obsessed with solving real world problems through technology * You have had a meaningful impact in growing consumer-facing products, collaborating with Engineering, Design and Brand * You led research into customer needs and behavior * You can provide a seasoned perspective on customer acquisition strategies, specifically for high-consideration consumer products * You’re deeply empathetic in your development style (we’re not building our product for Silicon Valley - the country’s quite a bit bigger than that!) * You have 3+ years experience in a growth PM role managing a product growth process; experience or personal interest in consumer finance and financial services is a plus
