Summary
The Sales Assistant will be responsible for new business development, as well as the selling, leasing, and marketing of commercial real estate. You will learn how to develop leads and acquire key market knowledge of the commercial real estate market through training from senior leaders. You will benefit from the support of successful mentors via classroom, online, and real-world experiential training.
Responsibilities
* Assists in identifying potential clients and researching connections to turn cold calls into warm calls to cultivate new business opportunities. * Develops a database of commercial real estate buildings and contacts. * Compiles property data for clients, such as tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates and presentations for listing or tenant representative assignments. * Displays knowledge of the local commercial real estate market by obtaining accurate market information. * Drafts correspondence to existing and prospective clients. * Gathers, prepares and distributes marketing materials. * Maintains accurate and up-to-date information on buildings, tenants, market availability, and leases in company databases. * Gathers and coordinates materials necessary for transactions such as listing agreements, commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements. * Other duties may be assigned. * No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.
