Summary
* Provides accurate and reliable statistical real estate market data to the C&W service lines. Provides an advanced level of research support in ensuring data integrity. * Supports the Research function on a local and regional basis. * Provides internal and external clientele with statistical information on office and industrial properties.
Responsibilities
* Gather, analyze, interpret and present real estate trends and information for business development opportunities, client support, and internal analysis * Compile and distribute research in the form of narratives, graphics, data summaries, etc for internal (Brokers, Property Managers, Marketing) and external (Clients, Press) clients * Generate and maintain statistical reports and respond to requests for data and information * Interface with national research resources to produce standardized market reports and customized client research * Educate internal clients on available research tools and resources * Maintain a proprietary commercial real estate database to ensure consistently accurate and current data
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s degree required * 1-2 years of real estate research or related business experience * Or any similar combination of education and experience * Experience in data entry/data management and time series analysis/forecasting * Demonstrated ability of working independently to meet goals/objectives * Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service. * Excellent interpersonal skills * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Effective listening and critical thinking skills * Position requires periodic travel among New England offices
Compensation and Working Conditions

Working Conditions

Required to travel from floor to floor and/or travel outside between buildings in varying outdoor weather conditions. Required to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time. Regularly use hands to operate office machinery.
