Training Manager

CACI provides information solutions and services in support of national security missions and government transformation for Intelligence, Defense, and Federal Civilian customers.

- The Training Manager is accountable for all aspects of the G-3 Training and Foundry Office Support Task Oversight functions assigned to contractor personnel staff, manages the hands-on, day-to-day accountability of contractor personnel and their tasking. - Assists PM in assessing new hires, ensures contractor personnel are trained, capable and maintain their job currency. - Coordinates and synchronizes training management functions with the Task Leads

- Requires active TS/SCI - 20 year Army career (Retired at the O4 or higher level) - Current PMP Certification - 15 years’ of management experience, including 10 years’ experience in intelligence collection management. - Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and manage subordinates.
