Summary
As the Sales Enablement Manager, you’ll be tasked with helping the rapidly growing Business Development team improve everything involved in the sales cycle in order to increase sales velocity. You’ll work with the Head of BD and Director of Sales Ops to influence and improve the way the sales team works.
Responsibilities
* Build, improve and manage all internal and prospect-facing sales materials, including: training materials, onboarding plans, presentations, and process documentation to help increase overall sales productivity * Design and execute projects that enable the sales team to: * Shorten ramp time * Close more deals * Increase win rates * Shorten the sales cycle * Collaborate with the Head of Business Development and Director of Sales Operations to improve lead allocation, opportunity prioritization, team org structure, and role specialization
Ideal Candidate
* 2+ years of experience, ideally at a top tier bank or consulting firm or equivalent SalesOps experience at a startup or technology company * Experience building training materials, presentations, and/or documentation * Ability to drive adoption and ongoing enforcement of new sales processes and initiatives * Experience with and passion for process improvement and/or training * Exceptional organizational and time-management skills * Relentless focus on execution that goes beyond mere analysis and strategy * Salesforce experience a plus
