Global Service and Repair Manager

We are rapidly growing and looking for an accomplished Global Repair & Service Manager to lead definition and implementation of global repair strategy and infrastructure, evolving the capable team and processes in place today to support our needs tomorrow. In this highly visible and critical leadership role, you will be tasked with ensuring that whenever a Boosted customer is in need of vehicle attention, anywhere in the world, diagnosis and repair is performed promptly, thoroughly, accurately, and cost effectively.

* Assume P&L responsibility for global repair operations * Establish repair/service quality and financial reporting * Integrate repair/service accounting into company ERP system * Document repair/service procedures * Work closely with the customer experience team to define, develop, and implement a comprehensive global repair strategy (regions, resources, processes, and systems) * Work closely with the supply chain team to enhance service forecasting and inventory management processes * Work closely with the logistics team to implement effective and appropriate reverse logistics processes * Meet and exceed customer expectations!

* Minimum of five years of relevant service and repair management experience * Demonstrated success developing global repair strategies and leading globally dispersed teams * Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, Master’s a plus * Ability to travel internationally (15-25%) * Comfort with ambiguity and rapid changes * Willingness to work hard and play hard!
