Responsibilities
* Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce BlueSoho and identify appropriate customers within the target market. * Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects. * Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how BlueSoho will speak to those needs. * Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline. * Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel. * Work with the Sales Directors and VP of Sales to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals. * Manage data for new and prospective clients in Salesforce.com, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached. * Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards. * Work collaboratively with sales teams to establish a systemic approach to inbound and outbound lead generation that is aligned with sales goals and marketing initiatives. * Develop and drive goal attainment for lead generation strategies. * Research customer segments, clients and strategies to increase qualified leads. * Provide team-wide, communication including current prospects, competitive information, and sales feedback to the team. * Utilize creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to proactively develop new ideas and/or creative marketing programs to stimulate customer interest * Analyze industry trends to identify qualified leads. * Manage dashboards and reporting * Develop scoring and nurturing process
Ideal Candidate
* Knowledge of CRM Salesforce preferred, Hubspot a plus * Self-motivated; able to work independently to complete tasks and respond to department requests and to collaborate with others to utilize their resources and knowledge to identify quality solutions * Strong organization, planning and project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks to meet business needs * Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas. * Excellent client service skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
