Summary
Assists in the development and execution of brand marketing initiatives. Collects data on the performance of marketing initiatives and recommends strategies and solutions based on research. Works with the Operations teams to plan, advise, communicate, organize and track the recommended marketing strategy for each market.
Responsibilities
* Develops partner relationships with all regional and restaurant management. * Meets with individual GM’s twice per year at each restaurant location in territory. * Communicates with outside PR agency on LSM initiatives. * Works closely with internal marketing staff to develop, produce, and distribute materials to support marketing programs. * Serves as key liaison for the restaurant staff to the marketing staff on all local needs. * Assists with grand openings and other events in the territory. * Proposes and executes local marketing plans to VP of Marketing for approval. * Helps establish and maintain consistent corporate image throughout product lines, promotional materials, and events. * Other duties as assigned. * Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Ideal Candidate
**Skills/Knowledge:** * Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to motivate, influence and coach. * Proven project management skills with ability to lead, manage outputs and timelines. * Able to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team environment. * Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines, to work within fast-paced environment with demonstrate ability to multi-task. * Possess high degree of drive with track record of achieving results. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Adobe Photoshop, sales force and restaurant software helpful. **Education/Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required. * Five (5) or more years’ experience and/or training in marketing, advertising, brand development or related field experience. * Restaurant industry experience preferred. Any equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered. **Business Acumen:** * Employs analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills; plans and efficiently organizes work, appropriately seeks, manages, integrates and interprets data. * Able to prioritize work and make sound decisions using available data. Exercises good judgment and is committed to excellence and operational integrity. **Collaboration & Customer:** * RelationshipsUnderstands the value of diverse talents and perspectives and encourages diversity of thought and ideas. * Is always professional when dealing with internal and external customers. * Works through differences and finds a productive common ground with others to achieve mutually beneficial results. Has a strong sense of customer service. **Functional Expertise:** * Achieves success through a comprehensive knowledge of industry and business as it relates to position. * Applies creative solutions resulting in internal and external customer satisfaction. * Demonstrates initiative and is accountable for own actions and decisions. **Communication Skills:** * Has good verbal and written skills; is effective when communicating with peers and superiors as well as with customers and others outside the company. * Expresses opinions and ideas concisely. * Encourages two-way communication. **Travel Requirements:** - Travel, including overnight stays will be required 50% or more of the time. **Physical Requirements:** * Work is generally sedentary in nature, exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Walking and standing may be required, up to 15% of the time. * To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
