Project Administrator / Data Analyst - Engineering Support

Belcan provides engineering services to clients in a variety of industries including aerospace, heavy equipment and energy at over 40 locations worldwide. Belcan offers a full range of technical disciplines to assist product design, test, manufacture, and aftermarket support. With over 7000 professionals, Belcan is one of the largest U.S. based engineering firms.

Belcan currently has a need for an engineering support role to support a customer at their location. This position will be responsible for database management and project administration.

* The work will include, but not be limited to: * Provide information and coordinate meeting activities for Continuous Product Improvement (CPI). * Update visual management materials. * Access data from database resources. * Provide Documents where necessary. * Provide graphs and tables with the data. * Update CPI projects with a dealer perspective using provided information. * Providing engineering support as needed to teams * Manage agendas for project report out meetings and confirming attendance by presenters or finding alternates. * Follow up on action items for project activations and assigned in meetings. * Prepare presentation materials.

**Strongly Desired:** * Associates Degree or higher from an accredited college or university. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Ability to work in a team environment and on individual projects simultaneously. * Ability to multitask. * Work experience with MS Office (specifically PowerPoint and Excel) and Lotus Notes. **Desired:** * Experience with equipment (earth-moving, heavy industrial, mining, etc.). * Knowledge and understanding of CAD software. * Work experience with EDS (Engineering Data System). * Work experience with Teamcenter.
