* Work with a product and development team in the middle of Manhattan near Bryant Park * Help us build our CMS and sweepstakes apps on Heroku and AWS * Help us build shiny graphs and dashboards so that we track the right things * Help us with our infrastructure and provide direction on scaling and moving to microservices * Help guide others in investigating and solving performance bottlenecks * Constantly evolve the way we work * Teach and learn with us about effective coding and communication practices

* Comfortable with ops as well as dev work, the original sense of the word DevOps * Familiar with TDD and have thoughts on when to test and when not to test * Be happy to pair with others when it makes sense to do so, including remote pairing * Enjoy finding bottlenecks in the process and helping teams get more efficient * Work the full stack from infrastructure to UI Some nice-to-haves are familiarity with databases (e.g. PostGresQL), monitoring tools (e.g. New Relic), Kubernetes, ElasticSearch, Ruby on Rails, and NodeJS. If you don’t have this, we will teach you!
