* Create cutting edge web applications using Ruby on Rails and NodeJS. * Be empowered to drive new features from inception to delivery. * Work closely with our users to troubleshoot issues and to create innovative solutions. * Help scope and define entirely new product offerings. * Take a leadership role in choosing technologies.

* B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related fields (or just be awesome!). * 3+ years of Rails/Backend experience. * 2+ years of jQuery or Node experience. * Experience with Docker. * Experience with Heroku and AWS. * Knowledge of both relational and non-relational databases. * Knowledge of RESTful api best practices. * Familiarity with ElasticSearch. * Excited to learn new things.
