• Create cutting edge web applications using Ruby on Rails and NodeJS.
• Be empowered to drive new features from inception to delivery.
• Work closely with our users to troubleshoot issues and to create innovative solutions.
• Help scope and define entirely new product offerings.
• Take a leadership role in choosing technologies.

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related fields (or just be awesome!).
• 3+ years of Rails/Backend experience.
• 2+ years of jQuery or Node experience.
• Experience with Docker.
• Experience with Heroku and AWS.
• Knowledge of both relational and non-relational databases.
• Knowledge of RESTful api best practices.
• Familiarity with ElasticSearch.
• Excited to learn new things.
