Summary
Performs diverse, advanced and confidential administrative support functions including composing, signing and releasing routine but somewhat complex correspondence. Usually relieves management of administrative details; gathers, compiles and reports information relevant to/for department; may manage a number of different and often conflicting objectives, projects or activities at one time. Communicates with executives and line management to gather or convey relevant information. May be involved in high-level client contact and exposure to sensitive information, and must use considerable tact, diplomacy and judgment. Advanced administrative and analytical skills. Thorough knowledge of a variety of software programs.
Responsibilities
* Provides calendar management, including but not limited to, scheduling and accepting calendar invites, prioritizing daily to-do list, and providing guidance on effective calendar management for three managers within Outlook * Performs all expense reconciliation for three managers with Concur * Books travel for three managers * Will help facilitate onboarding/off boarding of new employees in the department, including computer, phone, email, workspace etc. * Will manage and update reporting, primarily in Excel * Other ad hoc administrative duties as required
Ideal Candidate
* Minimum of two years working in an Administrative Assistant role, preferably within a Financial Services environment * Proven expert experience using MS Outlook * Proven expert experience using MS Excel * Documented experience using Concur * Impeccable time management skills * Documented experience managing multiple people as an Admin * Proven experience onboarding/off boarding employees * Bachelor's degree preferred
