• Cold calling brokers and agencies. You will also be required to establish and maintain mutually benefiting relationships
• Develop a thorough understanding of our products and the benefits each one offers
• Educate brokers, agents and customers on a regular basis
• Conduct product presentations and training sessions
• You will get an opportunity to work on quotes that will generate our best selling opportunities
• Partner with our brokers and engage in a consultative partnership not only to help grow our business but their businesses as well
• Teaming up with administrative staff to effectively address account management issues
• Meet and/or exceed activity goals as it relates to number of new clients, quote activity, broker relationships, and sold premium
Basic Qualifications:
- 1 years of sales experience.
- Active Live and Health License or must obtain within the first 6 months of hire date.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+years of selling insurance products (Life, Disablity, Vision, Dental) through the broker distribution channel.
- Broker relationships.
- Proven track record in sales.
- College degree preferred.
- Business to Business selling.
- Achievement oriented.
- Relationship builder.
- Ambitious self motivator.
