Summary
* Being the primary contact for clients, external entities, and internal departments regarding client risk on ancillary services * Providing clients with periodic updates as requested * Ensuring that all ancillary services are being done timely and accurately to meet our client's expectations * Initiating and following up on all ancillary services to minimize client risk
Responsibilities
* Effectively maintain and address all daily work load provided recognize, analyze and solve various obstacles * Set up work orders to effectively process any work and/or payments necessary such as: * Outstanding HOA dues/assessment * Payments to cure city and/or county code violation * Regular interaction with special entities on various communication pieces, such as: * Requesting documentation * Requesting mitigation * Additional information * Regular interaction with clients on various communication pieces, such as: * Requesting further information/documents necessary * Legal issues that may arise during process * Escalates client, vendor, agent or homeowner issues to Supervisor * Coordinates with the vendor and homeowner to ensure a smooth move out per relocation assistance program * Complete property registration form and turn in to accounting in a timely manner for payment * Contact city/county to confirm property has not already been registered and is located within the city/county limits * Research and resolve code violations with clients, vendors, and code officers * Regular interaction with assigned vendors on various communication pieces * Confirm vendor capacity and volume limits * Vendor work item set up * Vendor, city, county, and HOA negotiations * Appropriately notates the systems on all actions * Participate in special projects as assigned * Work overtime when required
Ideal Candidate
**Basic Qualifications Required - Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:** * High School diploma or GED required * 2 years general work experience * 2 years experience working with Microsoft Excel and Outlook * Ability to type 25 wpm **Preferred Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:** * Bachelor's degree preferred * Experience in property management, construction, contracting, mortgage/default industry - a plus * 2 years previous customer service * 1 year research experience preferred * 1 year previous legal experience preferred
