Summary
We are looking for a Director of Customer Success to lead a team of 8+ Customer Success Managers based out of our San Francisco and New York offices. We’re looking a rockstar with several years of management experience who thrive in a data centric environment. The ideal director must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment requiring customer engagement as well as collaborating internally on a rapidly expanding product roadmap. It is essential this leader leads by example with integrity, patience, expertise, knowledge and results. This will be a hands on role working with our largest global customers and brand name clients.
Responsibilities
* Lead a team of highly motivated and talented CSMs out of SF and NY * Lead by example, helping to maximize the value of App Annie products * Drive engagement of App Annie products with existing clients * Work with the Account Executives to help close new business * Collaborate with App Annie's product team * Lead the team to deliver high customer satisfaction via demos, email and in-person meetings * Maintain consistent coaching/mentoring of current CSM team on the product and mobile market * Manage client on-boarding process and supporting internal processes required * Gather customer feedback and utilizing it to enhance App Annie’s customer service experience * Develop and disseminating best practices for App Annie’s various verticals * Travel Required, customer visits are a part of delivering successful customer engagement * This is a sales and client relationship role, not technical support
Ideal Candidate
* 2-4 years of management experience * 4-6 years experience in customer success organization or client facing role * Experience in data driven analysis in a consultative capacity is highly desired * Experience supporting international customers (big and start-up) over email, telephone and Skype * Business savvy attitude; with the ability to translate business needs into data and product requirements * Data analysis experience * Strong knowledge of mobile data, app store knowledge, product methodology, and visualization tools * Fluency in English & Located in San Francisco Area * Passion for mobile market and the growing app industry
