Senior Software Engineer

* Managing the entire US user experience (web and apps), banking, payment processing, verification, compliance, and marketing – making international transfers the fastest, easiest, and cheapest * Integrating payment methods and partners, creating a scalable and automated payments engine * Understand our customers and the impact we’re making through data analysis and user research – ultimately driving the team’s roadmap

**Must haves:** * 5+ years of commercial software development experience * Full-stack engineer with a deep interest in customer facing product development * Can work independently, plan your own solutions to problems, and measure KPI impact. * Used a back-end MVC Framework, preferably Java / Spring Boot * Developed in a modern front end framework, Angular.js is preferred * Worked with SQL databases, writing custom queries and designing schemas. * Have built modular scalable systems * Be willing to travel, to work and learn with teams in London, Estonia and Ukraine. **Nice to haves:** * Experience using database abstraction layers like Hibernate. * Mobile app development skills (iOS/Android)
