Senior Product Manager

Tapjoy’s Maximum Impact PlatformTM provides mobile engagement and monetization services for leading advertisers and app developers. Advertisers rely on Tapjoy’s diverse suite of rewarded InterplayTM ads including video and rich media to impact performance. Developers utilize our technology and mobile expertise to acquire and monetize users.

* Turn product strategy into data driven and actionable steps for product roadmap. * Find business opportunities based on insights gathered through the data analysis. * Work closely with engineering, design and data teams to ship new, impactful features, including preparing necessary technical specifications, coordinating development activity and tracking progress of in-flight projects. * Collaborate with sales, marketing, customers and technology partners to deeply understand customer needs. * Document, analyze and synthesize customer needs into product priorities, roadmap plans, and detailed specifications. * Process, review and interpret large bodies of qualitative and quantitative data customer usage patterns to uncover new product insights. * Manage complex, cross-functional projects across multiple teams.

**Core Competencies:** * Product management / Development * Understanding the customer and industry * Requirement analysis * Competitive analysis * Data analysis / Turning data into actionable insights **Requirements:** * BS or MS in computer science, electrical engineering, statistics or similar experience. * 2+ years of experience in mobile industry. * Experience of optimizing the monetization of mobile app is a strong plus. * Software engineering work experience is a strong plus. * Strong UI/UX skills. * Strong attention to details. * Excellent written and oral communication skills.
