Summary

The position requires extensive experience in digital analytics, relationship and consensus-building skills, and proven ability to think strategically in the complex and evolving healthcare environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develops digital analytics best practices, customer data analysis methods and campaign optimization plans.
  • Produces solution design; Creates tech and tag designs, Manages TMS -Tag management system and manages tags independently
  • Validates post production data and runs Q/A
  • Analyzes business problems for routine or specialized decision making; Runs complex queries, synthesizes analyses, and is responsible for the preparation of standard and ad hoc reports
  • Works with IT Scrum Team/Analytics architect on tagging implementation, codes and variables; Analyzes current data and drives stakeholders education sessions within Digital Solutions and IT on customer centric insights and trends for increased optimization
  • Designs and develops a KPI framework that aligns to business goals and maximizes technology platforms to leverage key customer data.
  • Responsible for transforming data into actionable insights for Digital Solutions and IT.
  • Responsible for establishing and managing the communication strategy that will enable transparency of metrics across the organization to key business partners.
  • Driving the digital analytics strategy for manipulation and transformation of data into actionable models/metrics through advanced analytics
  • Defines and drives appropriate governance for analytics with clear standards around data usage, analytic approaches and decision-making
Ideal Candidate
  • Expertise in solution design, tag implementation, tool integration, testing and optimization, reporting design and analysis for Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
  • Experience in digital voice of the customer analytics
  • Highly effective in a large virtual cross functional team aligning to multiple business partners and IT partners.

Requires a BA/BS degree in math, statistics, or other specialized research function requiring the design and use of statistical modeling techniques; 7 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. MA/MS/MBA preferred.
