Summary
Alliance is looking for a leader who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment who can spearhead the operations and expansion efforts in the Georgia, Tennessee and Carolina's area. This role will also lead a team of top-performing Regional Managers in the overall management of all properties within the division. Additionally, sourcing new business opportunities will be a component of this rare and exciting role. To collaborate with the Regional Managers to achieve the highest Net Operating Income possible for each property and to drive new business opportunities for the region.
Responsibilities
* Meeting or exceeding budget revenue and profitability targets and Owner's Expectations. * Demonstration of a commitment to owner satisfaction, prioritizing actions that focus attention on owner satisfaction - anticipating and meeting those needs. * Providing leadership and supervision to team members that recognizes and assists in maximizing each individual's, as well as the group’s potential. * Train, teach, guide and develop future leaders. * Create and execute new initiatives and programs to favorably position the portfolio.
Ideal Candidate
* Excellent communication skills. Ability to convey information and ideas through a variety of media. Skilled at establishing effective relationships with clients and internal partners * Driven operations acumen. Energetic, proactive, takes calculated risks, and perseveres to attain goals. Possess an extensive knowledge of operations and budget analysis capabilities with a demonstrated ability to apply these principles and methods through strategy and tactics. Extensive knowledge in all sales functions and effective strategies. * Administration and management capabilities with fiduciary responsibilities. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources. * Leadership qualities. Skilled at building a cohesive team and facilitating goal accomplishment by aligning individual and team actions with strategies and plans to drive business results. * Personal traits must encompass a driven, revenue oriented, fast paced/high energy individual who can energize others and influence their actions. An individual that can set ambitious goals and can deal with challenges by thinking in a creative manner and motivating others through those challenges. **The Qualifications** * BA required, MBA preferred * 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role in multifamily operations
