Summary
AGCO is currently seeking a Finance Manager to join our finance team in Duluth, GA. The Finance Manger will play a key role in providing essential market analysis for AGCO’s expanding logistics and assembly operations. The Finance Manager will assist in financial evaluations of logistics metrics and measure consistency against company objectives and business plans. Additionally, the Finance Manager will be responsible for developing financial reports for budgeting, forecasting, trending, and results analysis.
Responsibilities
* Prepare quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and strategic business plans * Review and analyze freight rates * Provide oversight for the Assembly Center’s inventory validation and cycle count * Establish and maintain product cost for the Assembly Center’s import products * Provide assistance to both internal and external auditors during reviews and SOX testing * Conduct CER reviews and Ad-hoc analysis as required by the company, and assist with NAR staff meeting presentation materials * Review monthly cycle count results and conduct on-site inventory audits on an annual basis
Ideal Candidate
**Required Qualifications of the Finance Manager:** * 5+ years of financial analysis experience * Microsoft Excel proficiency, specifically writing formulas and Macros **Preferred Qualifications of the Finance Manager:** * JD Edwards experience * Microsoft Access experience * CPA **Education of the Finance Manager:** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting * Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred
