Summary
The Front Desk Receptionist will support the West Chester Support Center and contribute to the day-to-day efficient operation of the office. Must be professional in appearance and communication skills (verbal and written), greeting guests in a courteous and friendly manner. As the first person our customers meet, the receptionist must provide excellent customer service, whereby performance should give a positive impression of the company to outside callers and visitors. Also, responsible for administrative duties and projects, juggling multiple tasks, making decisions, solving problems, along with general office management.
Responsibilities
**Essential Job Functions** * Assist with OnBoarding: prepare ID Cards, understanding policy/procedure paperwork. * Assist with verification of employment of present and past team members for third parties. * Sort and distribute paychecks. * Manage file room: Keep organized, auditing files (active/termed) and sending/recalling files to/from offsite storage provider. * Office Management: sort mail, keep supplies stocked, meet/greet guest, reserve conference rooms, maintenance of copy machine and maintain appearance of waiting area. * Process invoices and expense reports and Company Store request. * Coordinate Locker Assignments for Hourly team members. * Assist with Unemployment. * Run E-Verify for all new hires. **Additional Responsibilities** * Assist other HR staff as requested. * Organizes duties and works independently. * Maintain confidentiality in a variety of circumstances including: Private Health Information (PHI), FMLA issues, confidential candidate interactions, disciplinary actions, knowledge of personal counseling and other circumstances as may arise. Must comply with HIPPA Policies and Procedures outlined by company. * Maintain team member personnel files.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilitites** * Ability to get along and interact effectively with diverse personalities. * Must be tactful, mature and handle sensitive information with discretion. * Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills. * Accuracy and attention to details is a must. * Must have excellent office skills, as well as being resourceful and organized. * Must be able to start the day at 7:30am. Hours are 7:30 am to 5:00pm. * Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, coupled with a commitment to provide a great work environment for team members. * Ability to work independently and in stressful situations remain cool, calm and collected **Education/Experience** * Must be very professional, both in appearance and presentation, as the first point of contact. * Associates degree. * Excellent customer service. * Must have Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
