Summary

Act as an ambassador of the company by welcoming and providing information to all CDW visitors. Effectively answer and route inbound phone calls received over the main company phone lines. Remote receptionists will also handle some office management responsibilities

Responsibilities
  • Greet and direct all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers
  • Ensures completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures
  • Locating and contacting coworkers who have a visitor
  • Answer and route inbound company phone calls
  • Take ownership of the lobby/reception area appearance including overall cleanliness and keeping materials such as business cards, brochures, newsletters, and other literature stocked and organized
  • Update and Maintain Reception Guides for office
  • Receive deliveries for CDW Coworkers
  • Assist with special lunches, special company day celebrations and partner events
  • Assist with team administrative tasks as needed
  • Coordinate various office support services, including purchasing and facilities management
  • Prepare office supply and coffee orders
Ideal Candidate

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma

Other required qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
  • Friendly and welcoming disposition
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must be able to work independently with little supervision
