Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working with an external vendor to update and expand the database, monitoring monthly feed runs, comparing reports to determine accuracy, investigating discrepancies, and approving the final upload

  • Strategizing process updates in Salesforce to ensure cleaner data uploads, and working with the external vendor to implement them

  • Maintaining data hygiene and relevancy through monthly and quarterly reporting, and providing relevant lists to the Media team for timely updates to the database

  • Managing the contacts and organizations for markets 101+ and updating information where necessary to maintain a healthy database

  • Monitoring the suppression lists, bounce backs, mail blocks, and address changes to improve our email deliverability

  • Working with the Media Platforms Manager to ensure that the database is capturing the necessary data through field audits

  • Strategizing and implementing plans to optimize email marketing efforts, including:

    • Pulling mailing lists and filtering as needed for targeted marketing outreach
    • Running reports to ensure that the correct contacts are selected to receive appropriate marketing materials
    • Working closely with the Marketing Manager and the Media Platforms Manager to implement a contact segmentation plan for more targeted marketing efforts
  • Researching and implementing solutions through the use of new software and apps in order to improve efficiency

  • Utilizing Demand Tools software to setup de-duplication scenarios for contacts and organization records
  • Research data providers for TV, Radio, Print, Outdoor and Digital contacts and organizations, giving recommendations on future partner selections to maintain a competitive database

Job Requirements :

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree required
  • Minimum 1 year work experience in database management
  • Must be comfortable using Salesforce, and editing contact/organization records
  • Should have experience with Excel and be comfortable using functions such as Vlookups and Pivot Tables
  • Must be extremely detail oriented and a multi-tasker, with the ability to work under deadlines
  • A team player, but must be able to work both independently and collaboratively
