Robert Half Healthcare Practice is seeking a Patient Service Representative in San Francisco. The Patient Service Representative should work well with others, should be helpful, and should be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

* Enter patient data into computer system accurately. Verify patient eligibility of benefits. * Work diligently with the clinical staff to ensure proper handling of each patient. * Greet and check-in patients while following all the registration standards. * Act as liaison between the patient and the healthcare providers. * Handle patient concerns and questions about treatment and care. * Collaborate and communicate with accounting and billing departments when necessary.

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, medical assisting, or medical secretary role. * Knowledge of medical terminology, health care insurances, and front office procedures preferred. * Ability to multi-task, be flexible, and meet changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service skills.
