Robert Half Healthcare Practice is seeking a Patient Service Representative in San Francisco. The Patient Service Representative should work well with others, should be helpful, and should be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

• Enter patient data into computer system accurately. Verify patient eligibility of benefits.
• Work diligently with the clinical staff to ensure proper handling of each patient.
• Greet and check-in patients while following all the registration standards.
• Act as liaison between the patient and the healthcare providers.
• Handle patient concerns and questions about treatment and care.
• Collaborate and communicate with accounting and billing departments when necessary.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, medical assisting, or medical secretary role.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, health care insurances, and front office procedures preferred.
• Ability to multi-task, be flexible, and meet changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service skills.
