Responsibilities

Processes the production output of various, moderately complex servicing activities including interacting with internal and external clients. Supports the client in completing all verifications and funding for all remotely opened accounts through Banking Online channels. Assist in processing workflow items and additional verifications and processes required to complete all legal requirements to open the account.

Ideal Candidate
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
  • Proficient in Adobe, MS Word, Excel and outlook
  • This position does involve telephone customer service
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficient leadership skills
  • Advanced data entry, typing and filing skills
  • Proficient phone etiquette and verbal and written communication
  • Proficient problem solving and research skills
  • Application capable cell phone to receive Avoka passcode token
