Summary
Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will provide tactical marketing support, project management, marketing process support and daily operations support for multiple programs.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Brand Marketing team to execute tactical marketing programs and plans for the brands of 2U’s partners. These tactical activities will be assigned by the Brand Marketing Manager * Develop, with the Brand Marketing Manager’s input and oversight, creative briefs required for brand marketing programs and plans * Coordinate key activities for webinars as assigned by the Brand Marketing Manager to include invitations, RSVPs and schedules, while collaborating with the appropriate teams such as admissions and operations as needed * Help the Brand Marketing Manager keep track of creative projects and assets to ensure deadlines are met * Working with the Brand Marketing Manager, develop and keep updated a marketing calendar of all marketing tactics and programs across key marketing tactics such as social media, email, advertising, etc. * Assist Brand Marketing Manager to ensure email marketing and drip campaign tactics are executed and regularly updated as assigned * Oversee the ordering of all giveaways and premium items for each brand * Develop project plans and/or processes to drive efficiency and ensure projects are completed on time and on budget
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s Degree required, Marketing or Business-related degree preferred * Minimum 1 – 3 years experience working in a service-oriented, administrative role * Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, inclusive of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe PDF). Superior knowledge in Excel is preferred * Self-motivated, and strong attention to detail * Ability to think out of the box and find creative, unorthodox solutions when needed * Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple assignments simultaneously * Strong interpersonal & communication skills * Ability to maintain a fun, casual, professional and productive team atmosphere * Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate in a courteous, tactful and concise manner * Ability to work with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment * Enthusiasm and the ability to thrive in an atmosphere of constant change
