Lead Internal Communications Specialist Culture

Partner with business leadership to ensure successful internal communications to keep key stakeholders well-informed to help achieve business objectives. Ensure employee engagement and strong connectivity to business strategy. Positions requiring thorough understanding, application and mastery of approaches, theories, methodologies and application in a concrete organizational context.

* Connect GE Aviation employees to culture with clear messages and creative tactics that increase awareness and motivate employees. * Creatively utilize contemporary channels aligned with audience and messaging. * Partner with business leadership to ensure successful internal communications to keep key stakeholders well-informed to help achieve business objectives. * Ensure employee engagement and strong connectivity to business strategy. Advises Functional managers or other Functions regarding approaches, processes and procedures in the own field. * Communication with direct colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems. * Has a role as a project leader of medium sized projects or is a major contributor to bigger projects.

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Communications). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in corporate communications or marketing * GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening.
