Summary
The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the Servicing business operations financial planning and analysis team including leading a small team of Financial Consultants.
Responsibilities
* Create and analyze financial performance for the Servicing Business lines through various lenses; informing management of trends and variances and recommending appropriate action. * Challenge status quo to drive improvement in performance. * Lead annual goal setting for programs in alignment with Mortgage Servicing planning. * Focus on volume planning and establishing performance expectations at a variety of levels,integrating with planning within individual business leaders. * Strategic support for business line managers in identifying areas of opportunity and areas of concern, proactively identifying risks and opportunities. * Collaborate across the organization to model impacts of proposals and business decisions, acquire/validate data, solve business problems, advance initiatives to strengthen financial performance across programs. * Prepare and present financial and volume performance results, lead monthly business reviews, collaborate with program managers and drive accountability for performance, creating executive presentation content to roll up the results to the Servcing business leadership teams and Finance leadership. * Managing response to requests for volume and financial data; ensuring integrity and completeness of internal reporting.

**Keys attributes for success:** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience effectively interacting with all levels of management and team members. * Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with partners * Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively under pressure of competing deadlines. * Strong presentation and facilitation skills, able to synthesize information down to a succinct story * Strong problem solving and research skills with demonstrated ability to analyze business and financial issues and form conclusions about alternative options **Required Qualifications** * 3+ years of finance experience * 2+ years of management experience **Desired Qualifications** * Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships * Solid critical thinking skills * Ability to influence and collaborate at all internal organizational levels * Leadership experience with ability to effectively manage and engage teams * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills * Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills **Other Desired Qualifications** * Ability to strategically analyze data and diagnose opportunities and summarize and recommend new strategies/solutions * Experience building effective working relationships, providing thought leadership to the Servicing management teams * Advanced analytical skills with demonstrated ability to understand business implications, influencing business decisions and strategy * Mortgage experience
