Accounting Clerk

Responsible for general accounting functions for the Danville, Arkansas Complex.

* Mtech, Excel or other data entry for Live Production and/or Processing. * Comply with company policies and procedures in the completion of job duties. * Operate calculators, and copy machines to perform calculations and produce documents. * Perform general duties such as filing, answering telephones, and handling routine correspondence including job related email. * Perform record retention, control and organization per company policy. * Other duties as assigned to meet deadlines and responsibilities of the Accounting Department.

**Minimum Skill Levels and Work Experience** * 2 or more years experience in Accounting or related field. * Pursuing a degree in Accounting or related field * Strong knowledge of accounting principles * Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel * Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize/multi-task * Strong analytical skills- able to review data and analyze conformity to policies and procedures. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Demonstrated high level of organization skills. * Self starter with high work ethic. * Resolve routine problems with discrepancies that arise while performing daily tasks * Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and prioritize work accordingly * Apply basic reasoning skills and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form * Ability to read, understand and interpret data and draw logical conclusions based on the available inputs * Apply critical thinking skills in standardized situations as well as non-routine situations **Preferred Skill Levels and Work Experience** * 3-5 years Accounting experience or related field * BA degree in Accounting or related field
