Responsibilities
- Adheres to the Spa operational budget - Establishes and enforces internal costs and labor controls - Ensures spa payroll is completed accurately and on a weekly basis - Ensures scheduling for front desk, therapists and fitness instructors is done each week - Assists Director to develop revenue enhancement programs - Assists with all matters financial at spa including budgeting and forecasting - Oversees Rejuvenation Center at One Ski Hill Place and DoubleTree Spa and Fitness programming - Oversees the compliance of state laws regarding spa health standards, insurance requirements and therapist certifications and renewal - Able to work front desk which includes answering phones, booking appointments, interfacing with guests - Responsible for attending numerous, Resort wide meetings and communicating all relevant information to spa team - To assist with scheduled retail inventory - Coupa knowledge a plus - To handle all the billing and point-of-sale functions for spa services and retail sales - To ensure a pleasant visit for each guest - New hire training for all front desk staffing including supervisor roles - Assists with special projects/events as requested - Must be able to work as a team with both front desk concierges and back of spa therapists - Be upbeat and have fun!
Ideal Candidate
- College degree within the hospitality industry - 3 year minimum experience in hospitality industry - 2 years supervisory experience - 6 months experience using SpaSoft spa technology - Must be able to work weekends. - Must attend product knowledge training - Must be proficient in sales and guest service - Must possess good organizational skills - Must be able to work well within team environment - Can do attitude is a must
