Summary
The Online Campaign Manager will be responsible for the day to day trafficking of both traditional and programmatic campaigns, and oversight of campaign management tasks as it relates to Mountain News’ Global portals and reaching the Mountain Travel Consumer. The position will be located in Broomfield Colorado with a focus on traditional display & programmatic campaign management across the Global Business. The Campaign Manager in this position is seen as a leader and the “go to” person when questions arise or solutions are needed. The CM will be working with sales reps domestically and in Europe, assisting them with account management, client communication, trafficking needs, performance troubleshooting, strategic planning and execution and weekly reporting.
Responsibilities
They will be responsible for driving strong campaign performance using real time data, analytics and reporting, while also enforcing best practices in the online display industry. This role will play a pivotal part in helping Mountain News achieve its goal of becoming a best in class Audience Platform. The Campaign Manager will thrive if confident and comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment, embody strong thought-leadership, creative problem solving, enjoy re-imagining the status quo, and driving a Global business forward. * Day-to-day management of programmatic and traditional display campaigns including, set-up, QC, trafficking and troubleshooting all aspects of a campaign when issues arise. - Daily optimization of live campaigns using the tools available to propel performance forward and meet/exceed client expectations. - Maintain a close working relationship with sales reps, including strong and seamless communication. - Manage regular client interactions securing executed contracts, campaign assets, delivering campaign performance and working with clients at a strategic level to enhance performance. - Manage multiple advertising schedules for numerous clients to successfully launch all campaigns on time and deliver in full while achieving client specific KPIs. - Generate, prepare and analyze regular campaign performance data and reports using MNC’s DMP, DSP & ad server. - Collaborate with sales and marketing on campaign execution for top tier strategic clients.
Ideal Candidate
**Minimum Qualifications** - 2+ years experience in online advertising including: Buy- side and sell-side operations, programmatic campaign management, data management, account management and working with ad networks. - 3+ years working with Demand Side Platforms, Doubleclick for Publishers, Supply Side Platforms and experience with Data Management Platforms. - Ability to create, analyze and present client reports and optimization recommendations on a weekly basis. - Thrives within a fast past team environment across global departments within the organization, as well as being a self-starter. - Must possess an analytical mindset, strong attention to detail and drive to succeed. - Customer successes focused for both internal and external clients. - Creative problem solving skills and solution oriented. **Preferred Qualifications** - Foreign language skills: French & Italian. - Experience managing a team. - Knowledge of HTML, HTML5, MRAID & Flash.
