The DSP Success Manager is responsible for enabling demand flow from our DSPs through proactive account management, technical issues identification and resolution, training and materials, and spearheading related technical initiatives.
- Proactively monitor DSP success metrics such as win rate, bid errors and timeouts, etc
- Proactively identify opportunities to DSPs to increase success
- Respond to inquiries and issues from DSPs
- Interface with support, product and engineering team to resolve issues
- Work with product and engineering team to build new capabilities to help DSPs succeed
- Track and evaluate key individual campaigns in order to suggest improvements for performance
- Develop strategic campaigns in collaboration with various teams and consistently troubleshoot technical issues
- Build solid relationships with DSPs so they want to purchase on the Sharethrough exchange
- Help debug private marketplace deal transactions with publishers/DSPs/buyers
- Digital programmatic experience a must at a DSP, SSP, or exchange
- Strong understanding of RTB and related technology including user syncing, cross-device, PMP, etc
- Ability to troubleshoot and analyze an issue to find the underlying problem, and provide suggestions for a resolution
- Data analysis expertise and data-driven decision-making skills
