Responsibilities
- Answering inbound tracking & customer service calls - Handling returns, warranties, damage, wrong & missing items - Order status - Customer emails - Customer satisfaction on a daily basis
Ideal Candidate
* High School Diploma, some college preferred * 2 years + customer service or sales experience * Up beat, enthusiastic, self-motivated, quick thinking with positive attitude * Computer skills with typing minimal 45 wpm * Excellent communication/organizational skills with ability to multi-task * Demonstrate exceptional problem solving * Can work as a team or independently * Take initiative and follow thru on tasks * Phone and email etiquette * Punctual and reliable with independent transportation * Must be available to work Monday-Friday 7am-4pm & some Saturdays
