Role Education and Experience Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred; minimum of Associate's degree/Technical Information Systems degree or combination of secondary education and comparable, progressive experience.
* Release management experience preferred
* 8-10 years of experience in information systems,
* Knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance preferred; commercial lines desired.
* Participant in multiple phases of an integrated system implementation
* Experience in systems development lifecycle, including requirements gathering and design
* Strong collaborative skills: proven ability to build and sustain collaborative working relationships with peers, vendors, business partners, management, etc.
* Excellent communication and customer focus skills; ability to work with users on issues and questions
* Strong organizational skills and experience in developing and maintaining process documentation and workflows
* Strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving ability, including resolution techniques
* Proficiency and proven skill in use of computer programs, including strong knowledge and utilization of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc. including advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL).
