Summary
Provide full administrative support to the Distributor and Field Sales teams. Providing support, updating and maintaining files, collating information to be put forward to the necessary people, organizing meetings and acting as a liaison between departments.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily office operations including mail distribution, handling visitors, etc. * Compile monthly sales reports and customer/product information reports. * Manage all Vendavo pricing inputs & requests for quotation for Field Sales team. * Verify current customer pricing requests. * Generate quotes for list price. * Create quotes and quote letters for off list pricing. * Maintain customer price lists. * Enter and follow up on sample requests. * Enter complaints and manage follow up. * Complete Customer Master Maintenance requests. * Curate NA Sales SharePoint site including design and content management. * Create and run SAP or BOBJ reports as requested by the North American Business Director. * Initiate forms for NDA and contracts. Provide terms sheet. * Direct UL Prospector leads to the Sales and Distribution teams. * Effectively communicate with customers as requested by Field Sales and with internal departments. * Coordinate and plan events and sales meetings as needed. * Update and maintain office files (electronic or hardcopy) to ensure retrieval of accurate data. * Adhere and promote compliance with company policies, practices and procedures.
Ideal Candidate
**Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous experience working in a similar role. * Good written and verbal communication skills. * General office skills including but not limited to planning, prioritizing tasks, organization and attention to detail. * The ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Proficient use of MS Office and SharePoint programs. **Considered a Plus:** * Proficient in the use of Vendavo and a CRM system * Proficient use of SAP and BOBJ reports.
